To ensure each guest receives the highest level of personalized care and attention, all appointments require a $100 reservation retainer at the time of booking. This amount will be applied toward your scheduled service. We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, will incur a fee equal to 30% of the remaining service balance on file. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, and this policy allows us to honor the time, preparation, and personalized experience dedicated to each guest while accommodating those awaiting availability.
